She has great knowledge of the area including the various neighborhood 'personalities' down to what areas are likely to flood. Because her family is in building, she knows how to identify quality vs. poor construction. She was also able to recommend the other professionals one needs when buying a house such as a lawyer, inspector, etc. She came up with creative solutions when some minor issues came up. Working with Samantha Shuford was an amazing experience!  We spent about 7 months looking for a home for me.  Throughout it all, Sam was steady, professional, and calm, considering this crazy market!  She is extremely knowledgeable of building codes and requirements and she spotted many possible concerns with potential homes.  When I finally found the home I loved, she worked hard to get my offer accepted.  Once it was, we had a very fast closing, and she worked very hard getting a great and very thorough home inspection so there were no surprises when I moved in.  The most amazing thing is that in this sellers market, she managed to get the purchase price on my home reduced right before closing! 

I highly recommend working with Sam for any of your real estate needs.  She made a challenging task really enjoyable!  After 6 months in my house, I’m still loving my home!  It couldn’t have worked out any better!
