We were so blessed to meet Laura. She has extensive experience and an extraordinary knowledge of the market. She was with us every step of the way including some difficult negotiations at the end of the process. We relocated here from out of state and really knew nothing about the area. After getting to know us a little, we did some shopping around and Laura ultimately showed us the perfect location. Laura has extensive contacts in the engineering, surveying and construction businesses and had lots of great ideas for design and layout.

We had a wonderful experience working with Laura to buy our house in Chapel Hill. She has great knowledge of the area including the various neighborhood 'personalities' down to what areas are likely to flood. Because her family is in building, she knows how to identify quality vs. poor construction. She was also able to recommend the other professionals one needs when buying a house such as a lawyer, inspector, etc. She came up with creative solutions when some minor issues came up.
